He has worked in the Luqiao District government in Taizhou, Zhejiang, Taizhou Land Bureau, Zhejiang International Business Group Co., Ltd and WZ group. He has been appointed as the director and deputy party secretary in Zhejiang Minmetals Import and Export Corporation, board chairman in Zhejiang International Business Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd, the director in Zhejiang Huijin Financing Lease Co., Ltd and the Deputy Party Secretary and the Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection in ZJMI Environmental Energy Co. From 2017 to now, he has been acting as the general manager and member of the party branch committee in WZ Utility & Environment Investment Co., Ltd (here after referred to as WZ Environment).
Established in March 2016, WZ Environment is a majority-owned subsidiary of WZ Group, one of the extra-large enterprises in Zhejiang and “Global Top 500 Enterprise”, and is also a platform for Investment and operation. Benefited from the strong financial background and the huge influence of the Group, WZ Environment has made progress in various fields including but not limited to water utilities, ecological improvements, solid and dangerous waste disposal by investment, acquisition, PPP cooperation and the like.
