浙江省境外投资企业协会会长。历任华立集团国内销售副总经理；华立集团主要外贸企业浙江华立国际发展有限公司总裁、董事长；华立集团副总裁、华立集团总裁、CEO、监事会主席。作为华立集团国际化战略的重要实施者，开始将华立国际从单一的外贸公司向集团化、多元化、国际化转变。同时主要参与或主导了一系列华立集团的海外投资，初步建立起华立集团的“全球化配置”网络，在海外建立了数个工厂和农场。作为主要参与者，投资建设了经商务部认定的国家级境外经贸合作区：位于泰国的泰中罗勇工业园，和浙江省级境外经贸合作区：位于墨西哥的北美华富山工业园。

He is president of Zhejiang Outbound Investment Enterprises Association. He has served as deputy general manager of domestic sales of Holley Group; president and chairman of Zhejiang Holley International Development Co., Ltd., a major foreign trade company of Holley Group; vice president of Holley Group, president of Holley Group, CEO, Chairman of Supervisory Board. As an important implementer of the internationalization strategy of Holley Group, he began to transform Holley International from a single foreign trade company to a group, diversified, and internationalized company. At the same time, he mainly participated in or led a series of Holley Group's overseas investment, and initially established the Hollyland Group's “globalization configuration” network, established several factories and farms overseas. As a major participant, the group has invested in the construction of a national-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zone recognized by the Ministry of Commerce: Located in Thailand Rayong Industrial Park and a province-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zone: Located in the North American Hofusan Industrial Park in Mexico.
