世界银行金融创新局高级金融专家邵长毅博士
2015年加入世界银行， 现任世界银行金融创新局高级金融专家， 负责世行中国金融项目，研究领域包括绿色金融、金融科技和金融稳定政策。在加入世界银行前，先后在国家外汇管理局北京分局，人民银行和银监会从事宏观金融政策研究、金融监管、国际交流合作等工作( 2009.8-2010.11借调国际货币基金组织金融和资本市场局任金融专家，曾任巴塞尔银行监管委员会监管责任和效应工作组成员)。他拥有齐鲁工业大学化学工程专业学士、中央财经大学国际金融专业硕士和社会科学院经济学博士学位。
senior financial sector specialist in the World Bank’s Finance, Competitiveness and Innovation Global Practice
He joined World Bank in 2015 and is currently senior financial sector specialist in the World Bank’s Finance, Competitiveness and Innovation Global Practice, based in World Bank Beijing office. He manages financial sector projects in China and works extensively on financial sector issues including green finance, fintech, and financial stability. Before joining the World Bank, Mr. Shao was a Director at China Banking Regulatory Commission( he was seconded at IMF as a financial sector specialist from August 2009-November 2010, was a member of Basel Committe on Banking Supervision BCBS Task forces on Impact and Accountability), and he also held several policy research positions at People ’s Bank of China and State Administration of Foreign Exchange. Mr. Shao received a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Qilu University of Technology, a Master Degree in International Finance from Central University of Finance and Economics, and PhD Degree in Economics from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
