越南研究中心主任
1964年出生，广西忻城县人。专注于东南亚特别是越南的历史与现实问题的研究，发表有《壮泰族群分化时间考》、《老挝族群论》、《金兰湾越南外交的万能牌》等70余篇部。现任浙江工业大学越南研究中心执行主任、教授，担任中国太平洋经济合作全国委员会常务理事、中国东南亚研究会常务理事，是“中越人民论坛”中方代表团成员兼秘书长。
The Executive Director and Professor of the Vietnam Research Center
Born in 1964, is from Xin Cheng County, Guangxi zhuang autonomous region,China. He is Focusing on the study of the historical and practical problems of Southeast Asia, especially Vietnam, more than 70 articles and books have been published, such as "The Separation Time of the Zhuangtai Ethnic Group," "On The Lao Ethnic Group" and "Cam Lan Bay:The Magnum Card of Vietnamese Diplomacy ". He is currently the Executive Director and Professor of the Vietnam Research Center of Zhejiang University of Technology, the member of the Board of Directors of the National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation of China, the member of the Board of Directors of the China-Southeast Asian Research Association, and the member and Secretary-General of the Chinese delegation of the China-Vietnam People's Forum.
