亚洲金融合作协会副秘书长
亚洲金融合作协会副秘书长，主要负责推进会员服务与发展、“一带一路”、金融科技、绿色金融、财富管理等相关工作。曾任中国证监会国际合作部副巡视员，综合处、国际组织处、港澳台处处长；挂职山东省商务厅副厅长；先后从事境外证券交易所、证券公司、基金管理公司驻华代表处审批监管、资本市场对外开放战略研究、双多边磋商与谈判、境内企业境外上市等工作；深度参与和承办，证监会应对国际金融危机、“深港通”、H股“全流通”等重大专项工作。
Deputy Secretary General of AFCA
Ms. Pang is currently the deputy secretary general of the Asian Financial Cooperation Association. She is mainly responsible for promoting membership services and development, Belt and Road initiative, FinTech, Green Finance, Wealth Management and other related works. She served as the deputy inspector of the International Cooperation Division of China Securities Regulatory Commission, before heading the general office, and the international organization office, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan office. She also served as deputy director of the provincial department of commerce of Shandong province. During her time at CSRC, she has been engaged in duties such as the examination, approval and supervision of overseas stock exchanges, securities companies and fund management companies' representative offices in China, strategic research on the opening of the capital market to the outside world, the bilateral and multilateral consultation and negotiation, and the overseas listing of domestic enterprises. She took an active part in and undertook major special projects such as the CSRC's response to the international financial crisis, the Shenzhen-Hong Kong stock connection and the full circulation of H shares.
